Inner Work Inventory: What You’ve Got and What You Need

When the circumstances in life force you to take a good, hard look at yourself, you will start to compare what it is that you’ve got vs what it is that you need.

Make a list; divide it up into two columns: What You’ve Got and What You Need.

Some things will come to you readily; others will slowly trickle into your perception.  The tricky part is to truthfully and honestly categorize each into its proper column.
After you have completed your two lists, see where they do not match.  With this exercise, you will start to notice what it is that you truly want out of life and where, at present, you are unfulfilled.

Through recognizing and acknowledging the importance of this information, you can start to consciously and logically realign yourself to your true heart’s desire.  It is when you are in alliance with your true desires and needs out of life, that you will begin to see doors of opportunity open up for you to actualize and maximize your potential and thrive.
